PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE SICK. We understand and will work with you to reschedule your appointments.
A deposit is required to book any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Éclat Beauty requires a minimum of 72 business hours to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered a no-call no-show. Please note that a no call no-show will result in the loss of your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of missed appointment without prior notice.
Please plan accordingly for the date of your touch-up. If you need to cancel your 6-8 week touch-up, we will do our best to accommodate however, we can not guarantee a reschedule date within the 6-8 week period required.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we can not guarantee your appointment and you may be asked to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to rebook with a new booking fee. Please be mindful that other clients are scheduled directly after you.
All bookings require a credit card be kept on file.
